Did you know... that while most wine grapes belong only to the Vitis vinifera species, the hybrid Canadian wine grape L'Acadie blanc has members of eight different Vitis species in its family tree?

Photo request: Just about all of them! Any pictures of wine regions, grape varieties or wine would be useful. In particular we need wine region maps that can be licensed for Wikipedia.
L'Acadie blanc is a very cold hard vine able to withstand.... Should not this read "hardy" instead of "hard"? Likewise later "harder to be changed to "hardier"? I know nothing about wine growing so am asking the experts. Xtrump (talk) 16:46, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
