A fact from Kobe Bufkin appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 16 April 2024 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
When I quoted this article it mentioned that Bufkin is young for his class. Now, the article has been revised and I can't find the quote. I just noticed that as a sophomore Bufkin is still the youngest player on the team. He is actually really young for his age. If anyone sees any RS that documents the fact that Bufkin is the youngest player on the team, I would like to know about it.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 05:17, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Overall: Readable prose size expanded from 410 words to now 2045 words (2045/410=4.99... I'm going to defer to someone more senior than me on whether rounding up for this is fine). Copyvio check good. Two QPQs done. ALT0 doesn't have a source linked (I'm guessing it's this source from the article). Don't like ALT0 because it seems so uncertain. ALT1 and ALT2 are fine. Riley1012, DYK is based on prose characters, not words. The article had 2518 prose characters prior to the expansion beginning on 1 March, and has 12264 prose characters today, both according to DYK check. A 5x expansion required 12590 prose characters, so TonyTheTiger needs to add at least 326 prose characters to reach 5x, which is certainly feasible to accomplish. Once that's done, hopefully in the next seven days, the review can be concluded. (The 5x expansion calculation is one of the few guidelines that isn't rounded.) Riley1012, I have just checked the article, and it currently has 12597 prose characters, 7 characters above the minimum required for a 5x expansion. DYKcheck confirms that this is a 5x expansion from 1 March. Please continue (finish?) your review. Many thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 19:52, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
