Previous article

[edit]

An article on Pino was deleted in 2011. Here:Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Julio Pino. Extensive coverage of present FBI investigation, past sins, makes an article seem justified now. It would probably be useful for someone to retrieve the edit history, and sources from the deleted article.E.M.Gregory (talk) 20:41, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I was the author of the original article. Unfortunately I don't think I saved anywhere the content of the deleted article, but I'll check. Thanks for re-creating. Plot Spoiler (talk) 00:15, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Please add a section about his career because right now the whole Wiki article is about his controversies which is problematic. 64.134.64.190 (talk) 01:47, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Publication record

[edit]

I added a book: Family and Favela: The Reproduction of Poverty in Rio De Janeiro guessing that the author is the same Julio Pino. Confirmation would be nice. My library also has holdings by one Julio Derbez del Pino, who I take to be a separate person. Hope someone will expand article with more of this Pino's work.E.M.Gregory (talk) 20:44, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I was going to put up the previously AFD tag until I saw the page creators name. Wgolf (talk) 20:48, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral point of view

[edit]

This article needs some serious work. It's totally one-sided. It is important that his career is mentioned. Information could come from his Kent State Profile and the CV that is found at the link. https://www.kent.edu/history/profile/julio-cesar-pino LatinoMuslim 15:31, 28 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I've made many edits to the article, but it still needs more work to make it NPOV. LatinoMuslim 19:36, 31 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
