redenomination from 2014
I have just added the news that rupiah will be redenominated due to inflation by reducing 3 zeros from existing bank notes. thevikas (talk) 05:59, 26 December 2012 (UTC)

- The redenomination plan is a rumor and can't be proofed from the site of the National Bank of Indonesia. This should be clarified in the article.

- Though, looking at the current exchange rate as of Dec 30, 2014, it currently stands at 12474.93 to 1 US dollar. If the redenomination effort is still going to occur, probably they should reduce 4 zeroes off the currency. -- DMahalko (talk) 13:10, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
