Undiscussed page moves

This article has been the subject of several undiscussed page moves, with different editors oscillating between calling this event an attack or an explosion. Since this event have described this as a "terrorist attack" by some, the title Ibar-Lepenac canal attack would seem sufficiently precise and concise to describe this event. Calling ths event an "explosion" would seem to me to be minimising the intentional aspects of causing damage.
