Second or Third?

Is this the second, or third highest award for Pakistans civilians? The page Ashfaq Parvez Kayani contradicts it. Ageofe (talk) 22:39, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hilal-i-Imtiaz(Military) is the second highest military award of Pakistan. You are rite that article's statement was contradicting it, so i edited it. --SMS ^Talk 18:51, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
