Militias
[edit]Per the peace treaty following the Winter War, Finns are not permitted to form local militias. Hunting clubs seem to have taken their place. I can't find the appropriate references on this, except that the White Guard had to be disbanded. Can anybody show where in the treaty militias are prohibited? Is there a link? Rewrite of article
[edit]I decided to be bold and rewrite the entire article, since it appears to have been left without much care for almost 10 years. Everything should now be up to date fact-wise and also properly referenced. However, I am not an experienced Wikipedia writer nor is my first language English, so copy-editing is most welcome!
