Habitat range picture needs adjusting?

Competition in the lead section

[edit]

[1]: Does the jaguar compete for food resources with the giant otter? And does "and various crocodilian species" should be reworded? Giant otter#Predation and competition mentions only one species of crocodilian as potential competitor, and the jaguar is mentioned only as a possible predator (not as a competitor for food resources). --NGC 54 (talkcontribs) 11:13, 26 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I saw the part "Other species that prey upon similar food resources include the caimans and large fish that are themselves piscivores.", so "and various crocodilian species" should not be removed, but the lead section does not mention the large fish as competitors. --NGC 54 (talkcontribs) 20:54, 27 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
