Flood

The flood in Derry is also mentioned in passing in the short story Fair Extension. Perhaps this could be added to the civic center description?

Standpipe Capacity?

I have IT on talking book, and I thought the standpipe held 1.75 million gallons of water. Can anyone with a print version of the book confirm this? (Best bet is during the description of the storm near the end of the book.)
