Wrong location for image

How to word Iraq's lack of democracy
Regarding this edit by Corriebertus: The original way it was worded was done because Iraq's lack of democracy is in spite of multiple movements and political attempts to establish democracy in Iraq. Changing it to just "Iraq has never been a democracy", while true, leaves out important context in my opinion. ––FormalDude (talk) 13:21, 18 December 2022 (UTC)
