I deleted that deletion notice because I think that Dr. Caldicott IS notable enough to warrant a wiki. He has been the subject or at least mentioned in numerous Australian mainstream newspaper articles, appeared on television and appeared before the Senate inquiry into the use of party drugs in Australia (or something similar).
