There is quite a large part of this article devoted to the "age 60 rule" (It's larger than his whole airline career section). This rule was made law in 1960 when Smith was still at the helm of American. Smith's political career took place from 1968 to 1969. The age 60 rule information would make more sense as it's own section, placed under his airline career as a subsection, or condensed down to a single paragraph and moved to Airline career.
