Brian Henry is a member of the Henry family, one of NZ's most prominent families (see extensive wiki article already in place for them....Henry Family of New Zealand), and is himself a key figure in the New Zealand legal community given recent events. Any cursory search of the New Zealand Herald or other national press reveals the extent of public/national interest in cases he has led etc. This is a completely factual account and is fully referenced at the end.
