Name and Date of Birth

I can only add the following. IMDb states Derek John Weaver, 11 March 1947 - [1]; as does All Music Guide - [2]; and Barnes & Noble - [3]. Whilst it is not crystal clear, I feel these are reliable sources, and worth citing in both Blue Weaver and Amen Corner articles.
