What happened after the fighting

[edit]

The history stops during the 2022 fighting. I just heard from a Polish friend that Azovstal will be turned into a park. Why have there been no updates???? I will ask in the city page as well. 2605:8D80:6433:C286:C1C7:ACA:351F:755C (talk) 21:31, 12 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

During german occupation (should be included)

[edit]

As part of the German Ivan Program (1942–1943), the factory was used from 1942 for the production of ammunition (grenades). The plant was managed by Friedrich Krupp AG on behalf of the Reich's own Berg- und Hüttenwerksgesellschaft Ost (BHO) (the BHO served hereby as a holding company for the state administration of all conquered metallurgical enterprises of the Soviet Union) have been adopted in a largely operational condition. Previously, however some parts of the factory had been moved eastwards. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ‎ 2003:e5:3f1e:8c00:f476:a8c7:ce4b:7b6c (talk) 19:26, 24 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you can find a source, I'll add this to the article. Thanks! HappyWithWhatYouHaveToBeHappyWith (talk) 23:30, 24 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
