Assess : newly added and existing articles, maybe nominate some good B-class articles for GA; independently assess some as A-class, regardless of GA status.
Cleanup : * Sport governing body (this should-be-major article is in a shameful state) * Field hockey (History section needs sources and accurate information - very vague at the moment.) * Standardize Category:American college sports infobox templates to use same font size and spacing. * Sport in the United Kingdom - the Popularity section is incorrect and unsourced. Reliable data is required.
* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."

Support per WP:CONCISE and WP:CONSISTENT. And we routinely drop the name of a sponsor or sanctioning body from an event title like this (unless there's a very good reason to keep it, e.g. because the event is almost invariably referred to with it in independent sources [WP:COMMONNAME], or because it's needed for disambiguation). — SMcCandlish☏¢ 😼 00:06, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Support for consistency, subject to the reasons for the page being protected having been overcome (some combination of CRYSTAL / TOOSOON I'd assume). Spike 'em (talk) 19:26, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Further to this, the target page has been deleted 3 times, most recently in Oct 21, and a draft rejected in Nov 22. There is more known about the tournament than when the last deletion took place, so I think there is just about enough to create an article with, though the draft should probably be merged in too. – the term "ICC" should be removed for consistency with the parent article which is just 2027 Cricket World Cup. Also, no need for the hosts to be mentioned in the titles of Challenge League events.Vestrian24Bio (TALK) 14:44, 23 August 2024 (UTC) — Relisting.Reading Beans15:29, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Support there was consensus (above) to remove "ICC" from the 2027 WC article title, so makes sense to do same for its qualification events. Joseph2302 (talk) 15:50, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
