St James the Great Church[1] is the parish church of Norton Canes in the Cannock Chase District of Staffordshire, England.[2] It is located on Church Road, a short distance from the village centre.
History
[edit]The church was built as a replacement for the older church which caught fire in 1888.[3] The church was given Grade II* listed building status in June 1951.[4]
Present day
[edit]The church serves as a place for both worship and community gatherings.[5]
