Reiss-Alexander Russell-Denny (born 11 May 2006) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Chelsea.

Club career

Born in Reading, Russell-Denny joined the academy of Chelsea in 2014 as an under-8.[4] He attended St Edward's Prep & Nursery in Reading.[5] Russell-Denny signed his first professional contract in October 2023.[6]

International career

In October 2023, Russell-Denny had been called up to England under-18 level.[7][8] He made his U18 debut during a 1–1 draw with Belgium in Marbella on 11 October 2023.[9]

On 2 November 2023, Russell-Denny was included in the England squad for the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup.[10] He scored goals in group stage wins against New Caledonia and Iran.[11][12]

On 7 September 2024, Russell-Denny made his England U19 debut during a 1-1 draw away to Croatia.[13]
