Muchas gracias de nada is the sixth album by Les Luthiers, recorded live in the Teatro Coliseo. It was released in October 1980.

[edit]- "El rey enamorado": A king (Ernesto Acher) wants to conquer a lady, so he asks a minstrel (Jorge Maronna) to make music for a poem the king has written.
- "La tanda": Some advertisements that advertise various programs from a television network, as well as some somewhat curious commercial products. The advertisements are narrated by Marcos Mundstrock and Daniel Rabinovich.
- "Consejos para padres": A monologue narrated by Marcos Mundstock about babies and parenting.
- "La gallina dijo eureka": A nursery rhyme sung by Daniel Rabinovich, who is constantly interrupted by a kid (Ernesto Acher). The song is about a hen that laid an egg and said "Eureka". The little boy wants to know why the hen said that.
Side two
[edit]- "Cartas de color": An African uncle, Oblongo Nghé (Marcos Mundstock) and his nephew, Yoghurtu, (Carlos Núñez) write letters to each other since the newphew had to flee Africa due to the shortage of rhinos. Yoghurtu, in the US, writes a musical about his life.
