Megan Dalla-Camina is an Australian author, women's advocate and entrepreneur.[1][2] She is the founder and CEO of Women Rising, a women's leadership and empowerment platform.[3]

Education

Dalla-Camina holds two master's degrees; Business Management from Macquarie Business School and Wellness & Positive Psychology from RMIT University.[4]

Career

Dalla-Camina's corporate leadership journey began when she worked as a marketing director and strategist for corporate organisations such as IBM, GE, and PwC.[5][6] During this time, she was a founding implementation leader with the Human Rights Commissioner in the Male Champions of Change (now Change Champions Coalition).[7]

In 2021, Dalla-Camina founded Women Rising, a women's leadership and empowerment platform with a mission to support women in their career, leadership journey and life.[8]

Dalla-Camina has appeared as a speaker on Women’s Economic Forum where she was an award honouree for her contribution to women's empowerment.[7]

Publications

Dalla-Camina has written four books relating to women's empowerment. Her latest publication is titled Women Rising: The Forces That Hold Us Back. The Tools to Help Us Rise.[9] and Podcasts such as Life Uncut and Kicpod.[10] She has also written several motivating articles which have been published on notable media platforms.[11]
