The 12383 / 12384 Sealdah–Asansol Intercity Express is a superfast express train belonging to Indian Railways that runs between Sealdah and Asansol Junction in India. It is operated by the Eastern Railway, maintained at Asansol.
It operates as train number 12383 from Sealdah to Asansol Junction and as train number 12384 in the reverse direction serving the state of West Bengal.[1]

[edit]The 12383 / 84 Sealdah - Asansol Junction Intercity Express has 1 second sitting chair car, 10 general unreserved & two SLR (seating with luggage rake) coaches. It does not have a pantry car.
