Drag and Drop

I've been trying to create a book. Only one time has the drag and drop feature worked for me. What would/could cause that? DavidHenrickson (talk) 16:27, 15 September 2011 (UTC)

Footnote issue

I've used the lower-alpha group in the article U.S. Route 131 for explanatory footnotes. Some of these explanatory footnotes also contain footnotes for references that back the material in the foonote. When I get the PDF rendered for the article, all of the lettered footnotes are assigned numbers, and they are dumped into the main list with the numbered foonotes. I have a "Footnotes" section that lists everything instead of just the explanatory/lettered footnotes and a "References" section that's blank. The lettered footnotes that contain numbered footnotes either lost the numbered footnote, or had the content of the reference foonote dumped into the middle of the text. Any ideas on what needs to be done to fix this? Imzadi 1979  22:41, 21 September 2011 (UTC)

Also, I seem to be missing some footnotes. The online version of the article has letters a–i and numbers 1–120, but the PDF only has numbers 1–99. If I remove the reference used only in the explanatory notes from that count, that would omit 8 from the 120, but we should still add 9 to that count for the letters a–i, so the PDF has dropped out 22 footnotes.
