License

There is conflict about licensing of this image, whether it is free or not. So, you should look at this file: File:1968 Mexico emblem.svg. The file is free on Commons, and this should also. I need an explanation on this. --Il223334234 (talk) 12:35, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There has been a letter of complaint from the IOC. The legal council of the Wikimedia Foundation was of the opinion that this logo crosses the threshold of originality. Hektor (talk) 08:55, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Thanks! So, what about File:1968 Mexico emblem.svg? It should be deleted or not? Please send the another case (File:1968 Mexico emblem.svg) to the WMF legal council. I need the answer!
