This edit is edited from the source file. The original dimensions, via the source, are 1012x1500px. In using the image size calculator, the resized acceptable dimensions are 260x385px, which is acceptable for the non-free use of images. 384px height is an edited height of the sourced file. Also, there is nothing in {{Non-free use rationale poster}} that states a bare URL is what's the parameter should be. Realistically, per Wikipedia's own policy on bare URLS states: Simply copying and pasting the URL of an online reference is not ideal, exposing the reference to link rot. It is preferable to use proper citation templates when citing sources. While the "Source" parameter asks Where and how did you get the image if not from the website. it would also be considered a citation (as you are citing where you found the image from), and therefore should be cited as such to avoid potential link rotting. Also, worth noting, at the manual of style for images, it states: The PNG format is useful for storing graphics that contain text, line art, or other images with sharp transitions. and considering posters generally contain text, it would suggest the PNG would be better for poster usage. livelikemusic(TALK!)01:34, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
