Fair Use

This clearly meets Wikipedia's fair use criteria. Moreover it is almost certainly out of copyright given the date of its creation and absence of identifiable author. Atchom (talk) 16:52, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A quick check revealed that there are 14,439 non-free biographical images on Wikipedia. Use of non-free image to illustrate biographical articles of long-deceased people has been standard practice and I don't see how this image is different from the others.
