This orphaned talk page, subpage, image page, or similar is not eligible for speedy deletion under CSD G8 as it has been asserted to be useful to Wikipedia.

I'm sorry for the problems caused by this image, but I think that it is compatible with the first criterion for these reasons:

It is very difficult to take a photo of the subject, because Emma Morano is not a celebrity who meets fans and due to her physical conditions she can't travel or have a walk, even in her little town;
On the Internet there are a lot of photos, but you are not able to find the holder of the copyright, because a lot of blogs and social networks show this image without information about copyright;
All the images which appear on newspapers are copyrighted, because have been taken by journalists.

I'm not an expert on copyright and fair use, but I think that first point makes sense. It doesn't seem fair to have to wait until she dies to be able to claim fair use on an image of the oldest living person. However, I tagged the photo according to Wikipedia's policy on non-free content (WP:NFC), specifically WP:NFC#UULP, which says that non-free images of living people are generally not acceptable since theoretically a free image could be created. Thank you. It is really difficult to replace this image with own work or a free image. Only journalists can get in contact with a familiar. In addition she is very reserved, I guess.
