I notice that this image relates to a singlet state and the correlations vary -1 to +1 over 180 degrees, whereas in the photon correlation experiments that are actually used, the correlations vary from -1 to +1 over a 90 degree shift in relative angle.

The graph shows the correlation of spin measurements which would normally be performed using electrons or atoms.
