First: This file is way too high-resolution to meet the fair use criteria. A smaller image could easily portray the subject matter accurately, therefore the smaller one is what we have to go with. Second: The link provided as a source a) does not actually link to this image, but rather a similar one, and b) is a direct link to an image. Wikipedia would much prefer a link to the source site, as opposed to a link to the image itself that provides very little information about where it actually came from. It should also match the image actually uploaded. I have tagged the page for both these problems.
