The Devanagari in this very attractive chart could stand some cleanup to match the spelling corrections made in the article (i.e. प्रत्यक्ष and अनुमाण).Iṣṭa Devatā (talk) 05:44, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
Correction, to my correction: anumāna (no ṇ) despite typo in article. So अनुमान is correct, but 'pratyakṣāya' (प्रत्यक्षाय) is the dative ending.Iṣṭa Devatā (talk) 05:54, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
Also, should the end point be "correct perception" (pramāṇa) instead of "knowledge" (jñāna) since we are referring to the first vṛtti in this context? Jñāna can be gained by other means (including insight, grace, negation, siddhis, and intuition in Yoga). But it is the mental fluctuation (vṛtti) of correct perception (pramāṇa) that can only be experienced by these three means in saṁkhya. Jñāna is one of the bhavas in samkhya, not a vṛtti. Hopefully I'm not mixing darśaṇas here. Iṣṭa Devatā (talk) 06:08, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
