The image is not used on any articles, and I personally don’t see the point of it, or what value it will offer to the encyclopedia. I understand that Wikipedia is not censored so I wouldn’t be doing this if it was used, I genuinely don’t think it needs to be on Wikipedia, I am therefore suggesting deletion.

improper use of WP:PROD: this image is not local, it is hosted at Commons; therefore you need to go to c:File:00 Ball torture.jpg and follow one of the procedures described at c:COM:D
