English: w:en:Zhang Guohua (张国华, October 1914 – February 21, 1972), People's Liberation Army field commander during the w:en:Sino-Indian war, Chinese team negotiator for the w:en:Seventeen Point Agreement for the Peaceful Liberation of Tibet, and the first Communist Party secretary for Tibet receives the military rank of lieutenant general.

(For the People's Republic of China, the URAA took effect on January 1, 1996. For the Republic of China (ROC), the URAA took effect on January 1, 2002.[1])
