DescriptionWynyard railway station entrance, Wynyard Walk, April 2017.jpg
English: A view of the entrance to Wynyard railway station from the Wynyard Walk in April 2017. Arguably the most visually spectacular of the many entrances to the station, it makes a direct connection between Barangaroo and the station, served by the Sydney TrainsT1 North Shore, Northern & Western Line, T2 Airport, Inner West & South Line, and T3 Bankstown Line services. The entrance and the walk were built over a period of four years, from 2012 and 2016. It was part of both the development of the Barangaroo precinct and a complete overhaul and redesign of Wynyard railway station to a cleaner, more modern architectural design. The walk also enables a feasible transport interchange between Sydney Trains and Sydney Ferries, as the Barangaroo ferry wharf is located not too far from this entrance, along a canonical continuation of the Wynyard Walk across Sussex Street.
