English: "Celestial globe by George Smith; c. 1810. Celestial globes showing the constellations, first became popular in the 16th century. This particular globe, by George Smith is unique because it shows the Herschel constellation, telescopium Herschelii, depicted as a telescope." At the William Herschel Museum, Bath.
