The work, although entirely free, may also be misleading as it represents what might have been rather than what is. The file is to appear on the talk page of an article in Wikipedia. It is not eligible to appear on an article page, as it is essentially a work of "original research".

There is no reason not to upload it to Wikimedia Commons except that, once a misleading picture is uploaded, it is hard get rid of.
