Though the picture is subject to copyright I (MayumiTsuji) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- Single image
- Needed in identification of the series Weiß Kreuz Glühen
- Illustrates the differences in the Glühen character designs of the main characters from the original Weiß Kreuz series
- Art already released
- Does not infringe on company to make a profit
