• Silver Vision has not released any such images to the public domain
• It is a low resolution image of a cover of one of the DVD releases covered in the topic
• It does not limit the DVD's copyright owner (Silver Vision) to sell the DVD in any way
• The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the DVD
• The image is used to illustrate the theme of the DVD mentioned in the article
• The image's only purpose is to aid in the description of the DVD, and no other purpose
