Summary

Description
English: WSI (Wafer Scale Integration) integrated circuit. This is a failed prototype produced by Trilogy. The large "square" formed by the diagonal pattern is 2.25 inches square. The wafer is 4 inches in diameter. There are 4 sets of repeating "structures" that have a non symmetrical repeating pattern in each of the 4 quadrants of the chip at the edge, with the outermost squares being non functional areas.
