English: Villavicencio Hotel in Mendoza Province, Argentina. The hotel was opened in 1940; but was closed by the dictatorship in 1978.

It was declared a National Historic Monument on June 25, 2013.

According to Law 11.723, Article 34, photographs are protected for 20 years after publication. Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
