Summary

Description A Vultee Vengeance dive bomber of No. 12 Squadron RAAF based at Merauke, Dutch New Guinea, in flight near its home base in December 1943. The aircraft bears the name "Dianne" with Flight Lieutenant C.J. B. Mcpherson of Horsham, Vic, as pilot and Flight Sergeant Turner as observer.
