Description
English: USRC Levi Woodbury, also known as USRC Woodbury, at the Navy Yard, Norfolk, VA., April 30th, 1898. A few days after this photo was taken, Woodbury was despatched to Havana, Cuba to serve as a blockade ship during the Spanish-American War.
