Description
English: U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps officers, on the Yangtze Patrol, in 1930s Shanghai, a major, Chinese, port city, at the mouth of the Yangtze River, conducting a naval inspection. Note, the standard-issue, dishpan, brodie helmets, worn by the navy personnel, which were used by U.S. military, from 1917-1942.
