The United States National Bank Building, in Portland, Oregon, viewed from the south-southeast, across the intersection of 6th & Stark. The nearest half of the building, facing 6th, was built in 1916–17; the other half (with entrance on Broadway) was built in 1924–25. Next to it, in the righthand background, is the Wells Fargo Building (built in 1907), which was acquired by U.S. National Bank of Oregon in 1945.
