(Dates per Doug Hinman, All Day and All of the Night, p. 48). Billboard's caption reads: "THE KINKS, Reprise Records artists from England, arrived in New York last week to prepare for the "Hullabaloo" TV show. They are greeted by Marvin Deane, next left, head of artists promotion, and George Lee, director of Eastern operations for Warner Bros.-Reprise Records."
