Summary

Description
English: Remnants of the Serdica amphiteatre from the Roman times, discovered in the centre of Bulgarian capital Sofia in 2004-2006, during excavations works preceding the construction of a private hotel. The construction works were not timely stopped and currently a part of these remnants can be seen in the basement of the hotel. Public access is granted from 10 to 16 o'clock every day except Monday.
Français : Vestiges de l'époque romaine découverts dans le centre de Sofia entre 2004 et 2006. Durant les fouilles qui ont précédées l'édification de l'hôtel, les travaux de construction n'ont pas cessé et les éléments archéologiques trouvés ont été incorporés au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel. Ces vestiges sont accessibles au public entre 10h et 16h tous les jours, sauf le lundi.
