Source Battye Library Collection, Western Australia. Photographer unknown. As this is the plane that crashed and was destroyed on 26 June 1950, the photo must have been taken prior to June 1950, and therefore under Australian law, any copyrights in respect of this image expired in June 2000 and were not revived under the 2005 US-Aust Free Trade Agreement.
