[edit]A Sesame Street publicity shot from 1971–1973, of Hal Miller as Gordon Robinson and Dr. Loretta Long as Susan Robinson, with Muppeteer Caroll Spinney as Oscar the Grouch.
This image was used in the book Sesame Street Unpaved, however credit wasn't given. It is copyright the Children's Television Workshop, now known as Sesame Workshop.
Whilst there is no proof that this image was released as a press image, it has appeared in many publications about Sesame Street, and is one of the few images of Miller as Gordon. Miller went on to do two segments of Law & order and film work in Bollywood in India and China and Cabaret In Europe after the series, Miller had a full season on the show and left the show to pursue his serious acting(WESTBTH.ORG) Since 2003, episodes of the series from the season he appeared have not been shown on television, and the episodes have not been sold commercially, as far as we know.
