Summary

Description
English: Official city seal for the city of Kent, Ohio, United States, known as the Tree City. The seal was first adopted in 1979 and updated in 2019. It features the tree logo, adopted in 1977, in the city colors of green and white. The tree logo symbolizes Kent as the Tree City with the movement in the upper part of the logo symbolizing the Cuyahoga River. The three separate parts of the logo symbolize the safety, service, and administrative departments of city government.
