English: Salt water dimmers in the wings of the stage at Alexandra Palace Theatre. The dimmers were used to control the brightness of the electric stage lights, ultimately being replaced by semiconductor dimmers. The theatre was built in 1875 and was reopened after restoration in December 2018.
