Description
English: Salame ticinese (salami from Ticino): Salame (nostrano) dei Castelli di Bellinzona (top, sold pre-sliced) and Salametti con Pepe Valle Maggia (bottom). On the left is a Wenger soldier knife (model 1961). Note the slight difference in color between the salami and salametti, probably reflecting different maturation times (longer for salami and shorter for salametti).
