Description
English: Sachem's Wood, the Hillhouse family mansion, from Sachem Street, New Haven, CT. HABS description: Brownstone,brick with stucco covering, 2-story with flat roof. Front elevation 3-bays wide with center doorway. The beautiful S-story portico has Ionic columns in antis with pediment.
